“交通—经济—生态”协调发展的空间特征——以成渝地区双城经济圈为例

【摘要】 城市群的高质量发展与“交通—经济—生态”三大系统的协调发展密切相关,为进一步探究三大系统相互影响关系,本文基于成渝地区2010—2020年的16个主要地级市的相关面板数,运用熵权法、耦合协调度模型,VAR模型、Granger因果检验多维度进行分析,定量研究三大系统间的交互影响。结果表明:三大系统的耦合协调等级逐年递增,交通系统和经济系统互为格兰杰原因,交通系统是生态系统的格兰杰原因,经济系统是生态系统的格兰杰原因,其三者间的相互协调、相互配合对城市的综合发展起到良性促进作用。结合后疫情时代,提出各地政府应将城市发展放在首要位置,处理好三大系统间的权衡侧重点,多维度、创新式发展,合理利用地域优势、环境优势等建议。

【Abstract】 In order to further explore the interaction between the three major systems, this paper uses the entropy weight method, coupling coordination model, VAR model and Granger causal test based on the relevant panel numbers of 16 major prefecture-level cities in Chengdu-Chongqing region from 2010 to 2020, and quantitatively studies the interaction between the three systems. The results show that the coupling and coordination level of the three major systems increases year by year, and the transportation system and economic system are the Granger reasons for each other, the transportation system is the Granger cause of the ecosystem, and the economic system is the Granger cause of the ecosystem, and the coordination and cooperation between the three play a benign role in promoting the comprehensive development of the city. Finally, in light of the post-epidemic era, it is proposed that local governments should put urban development in the first place, handle the trade-offs between the three major systems, develop in multiple dimensions and innovations, and make reasonable use of geographical advantages and environmental advantages.
