基于TPACK理论的大学教师教学能力模型建构及其实现路径
On the Construction and Implementation Path of College Teachers’ Teaching Ability Model Based on TPACK Theory
【摘要】 教学能力是大学教师安身立命之所在,TPACK知识属性体现了复杂情境性、实践生成性、批判超越性等大学教学品性。构建教师TPACK知识生成体验过程模型,厘清教师TPACK知识与教学能力的效力链接关系,通过多元化发展路径来促进教师教学能力的内生变化是发展大学教师教学能力的关键。
【Abstract】 Teaching ability is the foundation for teachers in colleges and universities. The attributes of TPACK knowledge reflect college teaching quality for its complexity, practical generation, and critical transcendence. Building a process model for teachers’ TPACK knowledge generation experience, clarifying the effective links between teachers’ TPACK knowledge and teaching ability, and promoting endogenous changes in teachers’ teaching ability through diversified development paths are the keys to the development of college teachers’ teaching ability.
