某型圆锥破碎机矿石颗粒群破碎特性分析

【摘要】 为研究某型圆锥破碎机矿石颗粒群破碎特性,结合圆锥破碎机工作原理,利用Tavares模型建立矿石颗粒群破碎模型,分析了圆锥破碎机矿石颗粒群破碎仿真的破碎特征,同时与圆锥破碎机动态破碎实验进行对比。结果表明:1)圆锥破碎机矿石颗粒群破碎过程主要分为紧密阶段、初始破碎阶段、粉碎阶段、排料阶段四个阶段;2)圆锥破碎机动态破碎后粒级分布表明,矿石颗粒群碎后粒级分布基本相同,圆锥破碎机矿石颗粒群碎后矿石颗粒粒径主要分布在10 mm以下,平均占比为67.56%,6 mm以下矿石颗粒物料含量占比不大,平均占比为17.51%;3)通过对比仿真与试验,验证了Tavares模型在圆锥破碎机破碎仿真模拟的有效性,同时标定了矿石颗粒群的Tavares模型仿真参数,为矿石颗粒的破碎仿真提供了新的思路,研究结果可为后续圆锥破碎机设计和性能测试提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to study the crushing characteristics of the ore particle group of a certain type of cone crusher, combined with the working principle of the cone crusher, the Tavares model is used to establish the ore particle group crushing model, and the crushing characteristics of the ore particle group crushing simulation of the cone crusher are analyzed.The crushing experiment was compared.The results show that: 1)The crushing process of the ore particle group of the cone crusher is mainly divided into four stages: compact stage, initial crushing stage, crushing stage, and discharging stage; 2)The particle size distribution after dynamic crushing of the cone crusher shows that, the particle size distribution of the ore particle group after crushing is basically the same.The particle size of the ore particle group after crushing by the cone crusher is mainly distributed below 10 mm, with an average proportion of 67.56%.The content of ore particles below 6 mm is not large, and the average proportion is 17.51%;3)The effectiveness of the Tavares model in the cone crusher crushing simulation was verified by comparing the simulation and experiments, and the simulation parameters of the Tavares model of the ore particle group were calibrated, which provided a new method for the crushing simulation of ore particles.The research results can provide reference for subsequent cone crusher design and performance testing.
