CFD技术在重选领域的应用研究进展
Research Progress in the Application of CFD Technology in Gravity Separation
【摘要】 重选是利用不同矿物颗粒之间密度(粒度)的差异,在运动介质中所受重力、流体动力和其他机械力的不同,从而实现按密度(粒度)分选矿粒群的工艺。计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD)技术是一门以流体力学为基础的学科,主要研究应用于工程和科学中的有关数学、物理、机械等方面的问题。CFD技术是采用数值模拟和试验相结合的方法,在试验的基础上,对所建立的数学仿真模型进行修正,使得计算结果更加接近真实的物理现象。随着CFD技术的急速发展以及它对流体流场方面研究具有的独特优势,让CFD技术在重选领域中得到广泛运用,为理解重选原理、优化设备、研发新设备提供了一种重要的研究手段。针对不同设备和分选情况,应用不同的CFD模型研究矿石颗粒在分选过程中的运动规律与影响设备分选性能的各工艺参数(流场性质、操作参数、颗粒性质、设备结构参数)之间的关系,让人们对重力选别有了更深层次的理解,使重选领域的研究得到快速发展。介绍了CFD技术在重选领域的主要应用模型,重点阐述了多相流模型、湍流模型在重选研究中的基本原理及场景,并分类叙述了CFD技术在跳汰机、水力旋流器、摇床、螺旋溜槽和离心选矿机中的应用及研究现状,指出了CFD技术在重选领域的未来发展方向。
【Abstract】 Gravity separation is a process that utilizes the differences in density(particle size)between different mineral particles, as well as the differences in gravity, fluid dynamics, and other mechanical forces in the moving medium, to achieve the separation of mineral particle groups according to density(particle size).Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)technology is a discipline based on fluid mechanics, mainly studying mathematical, physical, mechanical, and other related problems applied in engineering and science.CFD technology uses a combination of numerical simulation and experimenttion to modify the established mathematical simulation model based on experiments, making the calculation results closer to real physical phenomena.With the rapid development of CFD technology and its unique advantages in studying fluid flow fields, CFD technology has been widely used in the field of gravity separation, providing an important research tool for understanding the principle of gravity separation, optimizing equipment, and developing new equipment.Applying different CFD models to study the motion patterns of ore particles during the sorting process and the relationship between various process parameters that affect the sorting performance of equipment(such as flow field properties, operational parameters, particle properties, and equipment structural parameters)for different equipment and sorting situations, has provided a deeper understanding of gravity separation and led to rapid development of research in the field of gravity separation.The main application models of CFD technology in the field of gravity separation are introduced, focusing on the basic principles and scenarios of multiphase flow models and turbulence models in gravity separation research.It also classifies and describes the application and research status of CFD technology in jigs, hydrocyclones, shakers, spiral chutes, and centrifugal concentrators, and points out the future development direction of CFD technology in the field of gravity separation.
