遗传学实验层次化教学改革与实践
Reformation and practice of hierarchical teaching mode in genetics experiment
【摘要】 针对传统基础实验课程教学中存在的教学模式单一问题,河北大学生命科学学院遗传学实验课程在协同育人特色班成立的背景下,构建了“抓基础、强综合、重创新”的“两模块、四层次”新型实验教学体系。该体系将经典实验与探索创新性实验相结合,内容层次递进、教学方法灵活多样,通过增设多个自主设计和实践环节,来激发学生实验兴趣和主动性,增强学生的主体地位和创新实践能力。实践表明,层次化教学模式有利于提高实验教学质量,为传统教学模式改革提供了新的思路与视角。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the outstanding problem of the single teaching mode in the traditional experimental course teaching, the “two-modular, four-level” new experimental teaching system, with the characteristics of “grasping the foundation, strengthening integration, and emphasizing innovation”, was constructed in college of life sciences of Hebei University under the background of the establishment of the cooperative education characteristic class. The system combines classical experiments with innovative experiments, and has a hierarchical progressive experimental content and flexible teaching methods. By adding several independent design and practice links, students’ experimental interest and initiative are aroused, and the students’ dominant status and innovative practical ability are enhanced. The practice has proved that the hierarchical teaching mode is conducive to improve the quality of experimental teaching, and it also could provide new ideas and perspectives for the reform of traditional teaching models.
