虚拟仿真实验“米氏常数测定”在实验教学中的应用
Application of virtual simulation experiment “measurement of Michaelis constant” in experimental teaching
【摘要】 虚拟仿真实验作为信息技术与实验教学深度融合的产物,代表了未来医学实践教学的发展方向。为进一步提升基础医学实践教学的教学效果,设计虚实结合的酶学实验“碱性磷酸酶米氏常数的测定及抑制剂对酶的抑制作用”,一方面通过虚拟操作将实验内容与酶促反应动力学的知识点紧密结合,另一方面通过虚拟平台的拓展研究帮助学生探索不同药物分子作为酶的抑制剂对米氏常数(Km值)的影响,通过具体的数据分析得出结论,联系临床应用深入理解多种药物治疗疾病的分子机制。将抽象的理论知识点与生动的操作场景和临床应用相结合,使动力学方程的各种参数不再是空洞的数字而是直观的体验,激发学生的学习兴趣和探究精神,为将来的进一步学习和临床应用打下基础。
【Abstract】 As the product of the deep integration of information technology and basic medical experiment, virtual simulation experiment represents the development direction of medical practice teaching in the future. To further improve the construction of virtual simulation experiment, we design the virtual-real combining experiment of enzymology “ Determination of Michaelis constant(Km value) of alkaline phosphatase and inhibition of enzyme by inhibitors”. On the one hand, through the virtual operation, experiment content will be combined with enzymatic reaction kinetics knowledge together; on the other hand, through the virtual platform, extending operations will help students explore the influence of different drug molecules as inhibitors of enzyme. Through specific data analysis, students will have deep understanding on molecular mechanism of clinical drugs. By combining abstract theoretical knowledge points with vivid operation scenes and clinical applications, it will stimulate students’ interest in learning and spirit of inquiry, and lays a foundation for further study and clinical application of enzyme knowledge.
