【Abstract】 Entering a new era, under the background of the implementation of the new solid waste law(the Solid Waste of the People’s Republic of China Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution), with the rapid and high-quality development of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, the consumption of experimental consumables has increased sharply, and a large number of laboratory hazardous wastes have been generated accordingly, making the safety management more and more difficult.
