【摘要】 高校科研实验室的管理能力在推动科技创新中的作用越发突显，加强科研实验室管理体系建设，对于保障科研工作顺利开展和促进科研水平不断提高具有重要意义。针对当前高校科研实验室存在的共性管理问题，从加速信息化建设、完善管理制度、探索新型管理模式、加强统筹规划、坚持开放理念、建立收费运行机制等方面提出了相应的对策与建议，为进一步做好高校科研实验室的管理工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management ability of research laboratories in university is playing an increasingly prominent role in promoting scientific and technological innovation. Strengthening the building of research laboratory management system is of great significance for promoting the development and improvement of scientific research. Based on the common management problems existing in the current research laboratory in university, this paper proposed the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion with the aspect from accelerating information construction, improving the management system, exploring the new management mode, strengthening the overall planning, adopting an open vision, establishing the charge mechanism, which could provide the reference for scientific management of research laboratory in university.更多还原
