【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the main problems in basic experiment teaching and comprehensive experiment teaching of plant tissue culture, expounds the content and arrangement of the designing experiment, and the specific implementation methods of the designing experiment teaching. The practice shows that the designing experiment teaching made the students master the basic technology of plant tissue culture. It also improved the students’ interest and level in scientific research and team cooperation ability. And it strengthened the students’ consciousness of developing agriculture through science and technology.
