虚实结合的智能制造实验教学平台建设与实践

【摘要】 在“中国制造2025”背景下,智能制造人才培养成为高校培养人才的重中之重。为满足智能制造专业课程实验教学要求,将数字化制造生产线虚拟仿真引入到实验教学中,构建了虚实结合的智能制造实验教学平台,建立了虚实结合的综合实验教学体系。通过该实验教学平台能够解决现有智能制造专业课程实验教学中存在的设备空间受限、安全隐患、演示为主等问题,虚实结合的实验能够增加学生的实践机会,保证实验教学效果,培养学生的综合创新实践能力。

【Abstract】 Under the background of “Made in China 2025”, the cultivation of intelligent manufacturing talents has become the top priority for colleges and universities to cultivate talents. In order to meet the experimental teaching requirements of intelligent manufacturing professional courses, the virtual simulation of digital manufacturing production line is introduced into experimental teaching, and an experiment platform of intelligent manufacturing production line based on combination of virtuality and reality is constructed. The experimental teaching system based on combination of virtuality and reality is established. The experiment platform can solve many problems including restricted equipment space, potential safety hazard, priority to demonstrations in the experimental teaching of intelligent manufacturing professional courses. The experiments can increase students’ practical opportunities and ensure the effect of experimental teaching and cultivate the abilities of comprehensive innovation and practice of students.
