超高压隔膜压缩机随动阀工作特性研究

【摘要】 随动阀是保证隔膜式压缩机安全稳定运行的核心部件。基于计算流体力学分析了250MPa隔膜压缩机用超高压随动阀的流场、压力场分布规律,并研究了随动阀内液压油的流动特性以及流量特性。结果表明,随动阀内膜片中心及靠近排油入口附近的液压油压力梯度大,易使膜片产生受力不均。超高压随动阀具备快开流量特性,其压力-流量曲线呈非线性,排油压力升高,流量增加越多。考虑液压油的可压缩性,流过随动阀的出口流量会比不考虑可压缩性减少。

【Abstract】 Servo valve is the core component that ensures the safe and stable operation of diaphragm compressors.Based on computational fluid dynamics, this paper analyzes the distribution rules of flow field and pressure field of the ultra-high pressure servo valve for 250MPa diaphragm compressor, and studies the flow characteristics and flow characteristics of the hydraulic oil in servo valve.The results show that the pressure gradient is high at the center of the diaphragm and in the vicinity of the oil inlet, which will cause uneven force on the diaphragm.The ultra-high pressure servo valve possesses fast opening flow characteristics, and its pressure-flow curve is nonlinear.Meanwhile, the increase in oil discharge pressure leads to an increase in flowrate.The viscosity and compressibility of hydraulic oil affect the outlet flowrate of the servo valve.
