超临界CO2注气压缩机的设计
Design of Super Critical CO2 Injection Compressor
【摘要】 CO2注气压缩机是CO2-EOR工艺的关键设备之一,超临界CO2驱替工艺要求其将气体从低压气态压缩至高压超临界态,其运行安全可靠性至关重要。由于CO2在近临界点物性的突变,超临界CO2注气压缩机的设计与运行存在其特殊性。应用PR方程计算了混合气体在宽温度、压力范围内的压缩因子,分析了其在近临界点的分布规律,指出了气缸内压缩过程中不适宜存在的压力-温度工况范围,划定了超临界CO2注气压缩机的“非设计区”工况,并提出了回避“非设计区”的手段与方法。
【Abstract】 CO2 injection compressor is one of the key equipment of CO2-EOR process. SCO2-EOR requires the gas mixture compressed from low-pressure gas to high-pressure supercritical fluid in compressor and its operation safety and reliability are critical important. Due to the sudden change of properties of CO2 near the critical point, the design and operation of the SCO2 injection compressor has its particularity. The PR equation was used to calculate the compression factor of gas mixture in a wide range of temperature and pressure, and the distribution rule near the critical point was analyzed. The unsuitable range of pressure-temperature working conditions in the compression process was defined as“non-designable region”of SCO2 injection compressor, and the methods of regulating working conditions were proposed.
