【摘要】 本文提出了一套集成的功能安全评估助学系统,涵盖HAZOP分析、基于LOPA的SIL定级、基于RBD的SIL验证和一键输出分析报告等4大功能模块。将这一助学系统应用于化工安全类专业生产实习,可帮助学生理解和掌握相关理论知识、实践经验,增强学生科学、系统开展风险辨识、分析、评价和管理的专业技能,使其成长为“知工艺、懂安全、精技术、会管理”高级复合型人才,并为工程创新型与技术管理型人才培养开辟新渠道、提供新模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 An integrated guidance system of functional safety assessment is developed. It involves four modules:HAZOP analysis, SIL grading based on LOPA, SIL verification based on RBD, and one-key output of analysis report. The guidance system is mainly applied on the practice training of chemical safety major. In this system,the students can understand and master relevant theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and enhance professional skills in scientific and systematic risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and management. Therefore,the developed guidance system can help chemical safety students to grow into advanced composite talents with knowledge of chemical process, safety, technology, and management. Accordingly, it is competent to provide a new channel and a new mode for the cultivation of engineering innovation and technology management talents.更多还原
