【摘要】 目的 探索药品货位编码在医院门诊西药房药品调配和药品管理中的应用。方法 药品合理分类摆放后对门诊西药房所有药品进行货位编码，并将药品货位应用于药品调配、药房盘库和药品效期管理等工作。设计抽样对照实验，对比采用和未采用药品货位管理时药师调配效率及准确率、药房盘库效率及准确率和发药机补药效率及准确率。结果采用药品货位管理，调配时间由（29.10±3.11）min/122条目缩短为（23.00±2.40）min/122条目，药房盘库时间由（98.60±4.86）min缩短为（69.10±4.80）min，发药机补药时间由（27.30±3.71）min/200盒缩短为（20.50±2.88）min/200盒。药品货位管理可以有效地提高药师在调配、盘库和补药过程中的效率和准确率。结论 药品货位号的应用能显著提高药房管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of drug location coding in drug allocation and drug management in outpatient pharmacy of Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital. Methods After the drugs were reasonably classified and placed, all drugs in the outpatient pharmacy were coded, and the drug location was applied to drug dispensing, pharmacy inventory and drug expiry management. Design a sample control experiment to compare the deployment efficiency and accuracy, pharmacy inventory efficiency and accuracy, and dispensing machine filling efficiency and accuracy when using and not using drug location number management. Results Adopt drug location number management, the deployment time was shortened from(29.10 ± 3.11) min/122 items to(23.00 ± 2.40) min/122 items, the inventory time of pharmacy was reduced from(98.60 ± 4.86) min to(69.10 ± 4.80) min, the time of the dispensing machine filling was shortened from(27.30 ± 3.71)min/200 boxes to(20.50 ± 2.88) min/200 boxes. Drug location number management can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of pharmacists in the process of dispensing, inventory and replenishment. Conclusion The application of drug location number can significantly improve the level of pharmacy management.更多还原
