【Abstract】 Time in range(TIR) is a new indicator for evaluating blood glucose control status in clinical practice. TIR can also be used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of insulin and further guide insulin treatment. As once-weekly insulin administration undergoing research & development, insulin icodec has a significantly longer action time compared to traditional once-daily insulin. Its efficacy and safety have drawn much attention. The ONWARDS serial phase 3 clinical trials and post-hoc analysis provides evidence-based enlightenment to comprehensively evaluate insulin efficacy and safety with TIR and other indicators.更多还原
