用电解锰阳极泥制备高纯Mn3O4
Preparation of High Purity Mn3O4 from Electrolytic Manganese Anode Slime
【摘要】 以电解锰阳极泥经还原焙烧—酸浸—深度净化除杂获得的硫酸锰溶液和工业氨水为原料,采用共沉淀法制备高纯Mn3O4。考察了搅拌速度、反应温度、空气流速、反应时间以及Mn2+/NH+4物质的量比对Mn3O4纯度的影响。结果表明,在搅拌速度250 r/min、反应温度60℃、空气流速2.5 L/min、反应时间40 min、Mn2+/NH+4物质的量比1∶2的条件下,可成功制备出球形Mn3O4,其锰含量为71.45%,满足高纯Mn3O4的要求。
【Abstract】 Using manganese sulfate solution obtained from electrolytic manganese anode slime through reduction roasting-acid leaching-deep impurity removal and industrial ammonium hydroxide as raw materials, high purity manganese tetroxide was prepared by coprecipitation reaction.The factors affecting purity of Mn3O4 such as stirring speed, reaction temperature, air gas flow rate, reaction time and manganese-to-ammonia molar ratio were investigated.The results show that spherical Mn3O4 has been successfully prepared under the conditions of stirring speed of 250 r/min, reaction temperature of 60 ℃,air gas flow rate of 2.5 L/min, reaction time of 40 min and Mn2+/NH4+molar ratio of 1∶2,and its manganese mass fraction is 71.45%,which are up to the mustard of high purity Mn3O4.
