NbC_p/ASP2030高速钢复合材料的制备与性能
Preparation and Properties of NbC_p/ASP2030 High Speed Steel Composites
【摘要】 通过粉末冶金真空烧结法,利用NbC粉末与气雾化ASP2030高速钢制备了NbCp/ASP2030高速钢复合材料。采用SEM、XRD、EDS等检测手段,研究了不同NbC添加量对ASP2030高速钢的显微组织、物相组成及力学性能的影响。结果表明,当真空烧结温度达到1 220℃,所制得的复合材料主要相有Martensite、M7C3碳化物、M6C碳化物、MC碳化物以及γ-Fe;当NbC加入量逐渐增加,烧结态复合材料的抗弯强度与冲击韧性都出现一定程度下降,而硬度则逐渐上升。在NbC含量达到2%时,复合材料的冲击韧性为5.34 J/cm2,抗弯强度为1 918.3 MPa,硬度为53.9 HRC。
【Abstract】 In this study, NbCp/ASP2030 HSS composites were prepared via vacuum sintering method of powder metallurgy with NbC powder and ASP2030 HSS.The effects of NbC contents on the phase composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of ASP2030 high speed steel were investigated by means of SEM,XRD and EDS.The results show that when the vacuum sintering temperature reaches 1 220 ℃,the main phases of the composites are Martensite, M7C3 carbide, M6C carbide, MC carbide and γ-Fe.When the amount of NbC increases gradually, the flexural strength and impact toughness of the sintered composites decrease to a certain extent, while the hardness increases gradually.When the NbC content reaches 2%,the impact toughness, bending strength and hardness of the composite are 5.34 J/cm2,1 918.3 MPa and 53.9 HRC.
