一种基于音频特征分析的医疗设备安全监测系统

【摘要】 以保障医疗设备安全为目标,设计了一种基于音频特征分析的医疗设备实时监测系统。系统组成为声音传感器、音频采集卡、FPGA信号处理器、网络传输系统和可视化平台。以瓦里安直线加速器机房和CT扫描机房的监测为例,采用基于二阶MFCC系数和音频均值的方法,确定医疗设备所处的状态。实际测试结果显示,系统准确采集了声谱,快速完成了数据从机房到可视化平台的传递,并准确识别出设备的静态工况、运行工况和异常工况,表明系统可为医疗设备安全增加安全屏障。

【Abstract】 A real-time monitoring system for medical equipment based on audio feature analysis is designed to achieve the goal of ensuring the safety of medical equipment.The system consists of sound sensors, audio capture cards, FPGA signal processors, network transmission systems and visualization platforms. Taking the monitoring of the Varian linear accelerator room and the CT scanning room as an example, the method based on the second-order MFCC coefficient and audio mean was used to determine the state of the medical equipment. The actual test results show that the system accurately collects the sound spectrum, quickly completes the transmission of data from the computer room to the visualization platform and accurately identifies the static working conditions, operating conditions and abnormal working conditions of the equipment, indicating that the system can add the safety barrier for the safety of medical equipment.
