【摘要】 目的 探讨玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德治疗白内障术后人工晶状体眼黄斑囊样水肿（PCME）的效果。方法选取2018年8月至2021年12月收治的15例（15眼）白内障术后PCME患者作为研究对象，给予玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德治疗。比较患者注药前、注药后不同时间点的最佳矫正视力（BCVA）、眼压、黄斑中心凹厚度（CMT）和并发症发生情况。结果 患者注药前、注药后1 d及1、3、6个月的BCVA比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；注药后1 d及1、3、6个月，患者的BCVA优于注药前（P<0.05）；注药后1、3、6个月，患者的BCVA优于注药后1 d(P<0.05)。注药前、注药后1 d及1、3、6个月的眼压比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。注药前及注药后1、3、6个月的CMT比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；注药后1、3、6个月，患者的CMT小于注药前（P<0.05）。注药后1 d及1、3、6个月，所有患者未出现眼部和全身并发症。结论 玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德能安全、有效地降低白内障术后PCME患者的黄斑水肿程度，改善视力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of pseudophakic cystoid macular edema(PCME) after cataract surgery. Methods From August 2018to December 2021, 15 patients(15 eyes) with PCME after cataract surgery were selected as the research objects and treated with intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide. The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), intraocular pressure, central macular thickness(CMT) and complications were compared before injection and at different time points after injection of patients. Results There were statistically significant differences in BCVA before injection and 1 d, 1, 3, 6 months after injection of patients(P<0.05); at 1 d, 1, 3,6 months after injection, the BCVA of patients was better than that before injection(P<0.05); at 1, 3, 6months after injection, the BCVA of the patients was better than that at 1 d after injection(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure before injection and 1 d, 1, 3, 6 months after injection(P>0.05). There was statistically significant difference in CMT before injection and 1, 3, 6 months after injection(P<0.05); at 1, 3, 6 months after injection, the CMT of patients was less than that before injection(P<0.05).No ocular and systemic complications occurred in all patients at 1 d, 1, 3, 6 months after injection.Conclusion Intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide can safely and effectively reduce the degree of macular edema and improve vision in patients with PCME after cataract surgery.更多还原
