西安市学龄前儿童淋巴细胞及其亚群调查分析

【摘要】 目的 调查分析西安市学龄前儿童的淋巴细胞及其亚群百分比、绝对计数及CD4~+/CD8~+。方法 选取西安市368名参加正常入学体检的学龄前儿童作为研究对象。采用乙二胺四乙酸二钾(EDTA-K2)管采集所有研究对象的静脉血标本,采用流式细胞仪及四色试剂检测淋巴细胞及其亚群的百分比、绝对计数及CD4~+/CD8~+。分析学龄前儿童的淋巴细胞及其亚群的百分比、绝对计数及CD4~+/CD8~+;比较不同性别、不同年龄阶段学龄前儿童的淋巴细胞及其亚群的百分比、绝对计数及CD4~+/CD8~+。结果 368名学龄前儿童的淋巴细胞百分比为(44.15±8.39)%,绝对计数为(4 321.64±1 330.43)个/μL;不同性别学龄前儿童的CD3~+CD4~+及CD3-CD16~+CD56~+百分比比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别学龄前儿童的CD4~+/CD8~+比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别学龄前儿童的淋巴细胞及其亚群绝对计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄段学龄前儿童的淋巴细胞、CD3~+CD4~+、CD3~+CD8~+、CD3-CD19~+百分比比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄段学龄前儿童的CD4~+/CD8~+比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄段学龄前儿童的淋巴细胞、CD3~+、CD3~+CD4~+、CD3-CD19~+绝对计数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 不同性别、年龄的西安市学龄前儿童淋巴细胞及其亚群分布有所不同,本研究可为建立本地区学龄前儿童外周血淋巴细胞及其亚群参考范围提供依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the percentage, absolute count of lymphocytes and its subsets and CD4~+/CD8~+in preschool children in Xi’an. Methods A total of 368 preschool children who participated in normal physical examination in Xi’an were selected as the research objects. The venous blood samples of all subjects were collected by ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid-K2(EDTA-K2) tube, the percentage, absolute count of lymphocytes and its subsets and CD4~+/CD8~+were detected by flow cytometry and four-color reagent. The percentage, absolute count of lymphocytes and their subsets and CD4~+/CD8~+in preschool children were analyzed; the percentage, absolute count of lymphocytes and its subsets and CD4~+/CD8~+in preschool children of different genders and ages were compared. Results The percentage of lymphocytes in 368 preschool children was(44.15 ± 8.39)%, and the absolute count was(4 321.64 ± 1 330.43) cells/μL;there were statistically significant differences in the percentages of CD3~+CD4~+and CD3-CD16~+CD56~+in preschool children of different genders(P<0.05); there was statistically significant difference of CD4~+/CD8~+in preschool children of different genders(P <0.05); there were no significant differences in the absolute counts of lymphocytes and its subsets between preschool children of different genders(P >0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the percentages of lymphocytes, CD3~+CD4~+, CD3~+CD8~+and CD3-CD19~+in preschool children of different ages(P<0.05); there was statistically significant difference of CD4~+/CD8~+in preschool children of different ages(P <0.05); there were statistically significant differences in the absolute counts of lymphocytes, CD3~+, CD3~+CD4~+and CD3-CD19~+in preschool children of different ages(P<0.05). Conclusion The distribution of lymphocytes and its subsets in preschool children of different genders and ages in Xi’an is different, this study can provide a basis for establishing the reference range of peripheral blood lymphocytes and its subsets in preschool children in this region.
