膝关节前外侧结构重建术的研究进展
Research Progress of Anterolateral Structure Reconstruction of Knee Joint
【摘要】 膝关节前交叉韧带重建术(Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction,ACLR)是治疗前交叉韧带(Anterior Cruciate Ligament,ACL)损伤的首要治疗措施,膝关节前外侧结构重建术(Anterolateral Structure Reconstruction,ALSR)是运用于ACLR不能解决的具有高度轴移的ACL损伤患者。近年来较多的研究表明,ALSR可以减少单纯ACLR后膝关节残留轴移并维持其旋转稳定性。为进一步了解ALSR的研究进展,本文旨在总结前外侧结构的解剖结构、生物力学特征、ALSR的手术指征、临床效果和手术方式,以期指导临床诊疗。
【Abstract】 Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction(ACLR) of knee joint is the primary treatment for anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury. Anterolateral structure reconstruction(ALSR) is used in patients with high axial displacement of the ACL that cannot be resolved by ACLR. In recent years, many studies have shown that ALSR can reduce the residual axial displacement of the knee joint after pure ACLR and maintain its rotational stability. In order to further understand the research progress of ALSR, this paper aims to summarize the anatomy of anatomical structure, biomechanical characteristics, surgical indications of ALSR, clinical outcomes and surgical methods, to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
