【摘要】 目的 针对医疗器械供应链体系查询时间长、数据存储安全性差的问题，构建基于主从联盟链结构的医疗器械供应链追溯体系。方法 通过提取医疗器械供应链的特征值，构建供应链间的时空关系矩阵，根据医疗器械供应链的分类情况，得到供应链的分布状态，完成医疗器械供应链的跟踪。对获取的医疗器械标签图像进行转化及图像分割，结合二次插补法归一化处理医疗器械标签图像，识别医疗器械标签。以医疗器械供应链的参与主体为主联盟链，主联盟链的参与主体和第三方监管机构为从联盟链，加密供应链数据，利用主从联盟链模型，构建医疗器械供应链追溯体系。结果 实验结果表明，本研究体系在医疗器械供应链追溯中，可以将查询时间控制在5 s以内，供应链追溯过程中密文变化率平均值为92%，提高了医疗器械供应链的追溯效率及安全性。结论 本研究基于主从联盟链结构的医疗器械供应链追溯体系可以提高供应链透明度和可信性，加强医疗器械监管，提高企业自律性和医疗器械安全性，具有较高的实际应用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To propose the construction of traceability system of medical device supply chain based on the master-slave alliance chain structure for solving the problems of long query time and poor data storage security in the medical device supply chain system. Methods By extracting the eigenvalues of the medical device supply chain and constructing a spatiotemporal relationship matrix between supply chains, the distribution status of the supply chain was obtained based on the classification of the medical device supply chain to complete the tracking of the medical device supply chain. The obtained medical device label image was transformed and segmented, and the medical device label image was normalized with the quadratic interpolation method to identify the medical device label. The main participants in the medical device supply chain were the main alliance chain, and the main participants and third-party regulatory agencies were the subordinate alliance chain. The supply chain data was encrypted,and a medical device supply chain traceability system was constructed using the master-slave alliance chain model. Results The experimental results showed that the system in the article could control the query time within 5 s in the traceability system of medical device supply chain, and the average change rate of ciphertext during the supply chain traceability process was 92%, which improved the traceability efficiency and security of the medical device supply chain. Conclusion The traceability system of medical device supply chain based on the master-slave alliance chain structure in this study can improve the transparency and credibility of the supply chain, strengthen the supervision of medical devices, improve the self-discipline of enterprises and the safety of medical devices, and has high practical application.更多还原
