微聚焦超声作用猪肌肉组织的形态分析
Morphological analysis of porcine muscle tissue by microfocused ultrasound
【摘要】 使用离体猪肌肉组织评估微聚焦超声仪器热损伤区域的深度及范围,以及热损伤区域分布的精确性与一致性,同时观测不同治疗头作用下微聚焦超声热损伤区域的形态特征。将新鲜离体猪肌肉组织切割成60mm×40mm×20mm的组织块,分别使用MFUS M4.5、MFUS M3.0、D4.5、D3.0治疗头在标记区域发射超声能量,使用手术刀片沿标记线切开肌肉组织,观察微聚焦超声热损伤区域形态,并测量其距肌肉组织表面的距离。部分离体猪肌肉组织纵切面热损伤区域排列比较整齐,呈一条水平直线,部分猪肌肉组织纵切面热损伤区域排列呈白色圆柱状垂直于组织表面。MFUS M4.5、MFUS M3.0、D4.5、D3.0的焦平面距离分别为4.520±0.596mm、3.216±0.231mm、4.520±0.542mm、3.273±0.176mm。结论:使用离体猪肌肉组织可以清晰地观测微聚焦超声的焦域形态,显示出较好的一致性,微聚焦超声的焦平面距离较预设的距离较为接近,均在参数表中预设焦平面距离范围内。但由于猪肌肉组织的材质特性不能精准的观测完整的焦域形态,因此需进一步探索更合适的材料来进行微聚焦超声的研究。
【Abstract】 To evaluate the reliability and consistency of microfocused ultrasound instruments using ex vivo porcine muscle tissue, o evaluate the reliability and consistency of microfocused ultrasound instruments using ex vivo porcine muscle tissue, and also to observe the morphological characteristics of the thermal injury zone of microfocused ultrasound under the action of different treatment heads. Fresh isolated porcine muscle tissue was cut into 60 mm×40 mm×20 mm tissue blocks, and the M4.5, M3.0, D4.5 and D3.0 transducers were used to emit ultrasound energy in the subject area, respectively. The muscle tissue was cut along the marked line using a surgical blade to observe the morphology of the microfocused ultrasound thermal injury zone and to measure its distance from the muscle tissue surface. The longitudinal section of the isolated pig muscle tissues showed a relatively regular arrangement with a horizontal straight line, while a white cylindrical shape perpendicular to the tissue surface could be observed in the longitudinal section of some of the pig muscle tissues. The focal plane distances of M4.5, M3.0, D4.5 and D3.0 are 4.520 ± 0.596mm, 3.216±0.231mm, 4.520 ±0.542mm and 3.273±0.176mm respectively. Conclusion: The focal field morphology of microfocused ultrasound can be clearly observed by using in vitro pig muscle tissue, showing a good consistency. The focal plane distance of microfocused ultrasound is closer to the preset distance, and all are within the preset range of focal plane distance in the parameter table. However, since the material characteristics of pig muscle tissue cannot accurately observe the complete focal field morphology, more suitable materials need to be further explored for the study of microfocused ultrasound.
