【摘要】 目的 研讨单孔腔镜全乳切除术后隆乳手术患者实施手术室精细化干预护理的效果.方法 选择2021年1月—2023年3月收治的68例单孔腔镜全乳切除术后隆乳手术患者，按照护理模式分两组，每组34例.对照组给予常规护理，观察组基于对照组条件实施精细化干预护理，比较两组术后恢复指标，焦虑状况，疼痛程度及护理满意度.结果 观察组手术后恢复指标与对照组有统计学意义.差异(P <0.05).干预后两组心理焦虑状态与差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)，两组患者的术后重度疼痛度低于对照组(P <0.05).观察组患者的治疗满意度为93.41%，高于对照组的65.43%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）.结论 对单孔腔镜全乳切除后隆乳手术患者实施手术室精细化干预护理，能够降低患者焦虑状态，减少疼痛和，提高患者满意度.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the method of fine intervention nursing in the operating room for patients undergoing single hole endoscopic total mastectomy plus breast surgery.Methods A total of 68 patients undergoing breast augmentation surgery after single pore endoscopic total mastectomy treated from January 2021 to March 2023 were divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group. Thecontrol group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given intensive intervention nursing based on the conditions of the control group. The postoperative recovery indexes, anxiety, pain degree and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The operation duration of the observation group was shortened The differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).After intervention, the scores of the two groups of psychological anxiety state were lower and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), the postoperative pain degree of the two groups was compared, than that of the control group(P <0.05).The treatment satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.41%, higher than the control group of 65. 43%, the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The fine intervention nursing in the implementation room of the patients with single-hole endoscopic breast augmentation surgery can reduce the anxiety state of the patients, reduce the pain and improve the nursing and patient satisfaction.更多还原
