【摘要】 目的 探讨健康行为互动模式在整形门诊术后患者中的应用。方法 随机抽样法选择2022年12月-2023年2月我院美容医学部门诊行整形手术的113例患者为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组（55例）和对照组（58例）,观察组应用健康行为互动模式，对照组应用术后传统健康宣教模式,观察并比较两组术后患者整形知识认知水平评分、遵医嘱依从性评分、伤口恢复情况。结果 应用健康行为互动模式的观察组可以识别患者的健康状况,患者的认知水平、依从性、伤口恢复情况与对照组相比,观察组优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健康行为互动模式对整形门诊术后患者的干预,促进护患沟通交流,提高患者的认知水平、依从性,有利于提高患者术后的健康恢复,促进优质护理服务的不断深入发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of health behavior interaction mode in patients after plastic surgery clinic.Methods convenient sampling method in December 2022-2023 February our cosmetic medicine outpatient plastic surgery of 113patients as the study object, according to the random number table method is divided into observation group(55 cases) and control group(58 cases), respectively using health behavior interaction and postoperative traditional health education mode, observe and compare the two groups of postoperative patients plastic knowledge cognitive level score, according to the doctor’s advice compliance score, wound recovery. Results The observation group applying the health behavior interaction mode could identify the health status of the patients. Compared with the cognitive level, compliance, and wound recovery, the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The health behavior interaction mode intervenes for the patients after the plastic surgery clinic, promotes the communication between nurses and patients, improves the cognitive level and compliance of patients, is conducive to improving the health recovery of patients after surgery, and promotes the continuous development of quality nursing services.更多还原
