【摘要】 目的：分析归纳我国DRG的研究热点和发展趋势，为进一步完善DRG支付方式改革提供理论依据。方法：系统检索知网、万方等数据库2016年—2022年的主题文献，制定纳入排除标准筛选文献，对纳入文献进行文献计量分析。结果：近年来国内关于DRG的研究热点聚焦于“成本控制”“成本核算”“医疗效率”等方面，研究重心从制度外部因素逐步转向制度内部因素和制度的可持续发展，说明我国DRG支付方式改革正逐步走向成熟。结论：不同研究者和研究机构应加强合作，对DRG进行深入研究，医保部门应根据实际情况调整DRG实施方案，确保DRG支付方式改革效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The paper analyzes and summarizes the research hotspots and development trends of DRG in China, providing theoretical basis for further improving DRG payment method reform. Methods: The literatures published in CNKI and Wanfang database from 2016 to 2022 were systematically searched, the inclusion and exclusion criteria were established to screen the literatures, and bibliometric analysis was conducted for the included literatures. Results: In recent years, domestic research hotspots of DRG were cost control, cost accounting,medical efficiency, etc. The research focus of DRG has gradually shifted from external factors to internal factors and sustainable development of system, show that China’s DRG payment method reform is gradually maturing.Conclusion: Different researchers and research institutions should strengthen cooperation and conduct in-depth research on DRG. The medical insurance department should adjust the implementation plan of DRG according to the actual situation to ensure that DRG payment method reform has a significant effect.更多还原
