【摘要】 聚焦超声消融手术（focused ultrasound ablation surgery,FUAS）是一项非侵入性局部热消融技术，是我国具有原创性、领先性的微无创治疗技术，在治疗妇科良性肿瘤方面具有安全、无创、出血少、缩短住院时间的优势。选择恰当的麻醉方式能保证FUAS治疗顺利进行、减少并发症及加快患者恢复。本文就目前的研究成果，从FUAS的麻醉特点、麻醉方式和麻醉用药方面进行总结陈述，为FUAS治疗妇科良性肿瘤的麻醉方案提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focused ultrasound ablation surgery(FUAS) is a non-invasive local thermal ablation technology, it is an original and leading micro-non-invasive treatment technology in China, it has the advantages of safety, non-invasive, less bleeding and shorter hospital stay in the treatment of gynecological benign tumors. The appropriate anesthesia can ensure the smooth treatment of FUAS,reduce complications and accelerate the recovery of patients. Based on the current research results, this paper summarized and stated the anesthetic characteristics, anesthetic methods and anesthetic drugs of FUAS, so as to provide reference for the anesthetic program of FUAS in the treatment of gynecological benign tumors.更多还原
