【Abstract】 Children with obstructive sleep apnea(OSA) have received extensive attention from many scholars due to its high prevalence and serious complications. The diversity of etiology of upper airway obstruction determines the personalized clinical manifestations and treatment of different OSA children, and different specialists have different ideas and treatment methods, so there is no unified and detailed treatment plan. This review reviewed the latest research progress on risk factors, clinical symptoms and signs, early screening and diagnosis, intervention and treatment methods of OSA in children, in order to provide some reference for clinical screening and treatment of children suspected of OSA in orthodontics department.更多还原
