【摘要】 目的：探讨温阳补肾汤辅助治疗慢性肾小球肾炎（chronic glomerulonephritis,CGN）脾肾阳虚证患者的效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2022年2月山西省中医药研究院100例CGN脾肾阳虚证患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗，观察组在常规西药治疗基础上给予温阳补肾汤辅助治疗。比较两组临床疗效，以及治疗前、治疗3个月后肾功能、T淋巴细胞亚群及肝功能损害。结果：观察组总有效率（90.00%）高于对照组（72.00%)(P<0.05）。治疗3个月后，观察组血清中尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Scr）、24 h尿蛋白定量（24 h UPQ）水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗3个月后，观察组CD8~+水平低于对照组，CD4~+、CD3~+水平均高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组肝功能损害发生率比较差异无统计学意义（χ~2=0.000,P=1.000）。结论：温阳补肾汤辅助治疗CGN脾肾阳虚证患者可显著改善肾功能及T淋巴细胞亚群，提高治疗效果，且不会增加肝功能损害情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenyang Bushen Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.Method:A total of 100 CGN patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome in Shanxi Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Wenyang Bushen Decoction adjuvant treatment on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy,renal function,T lymphocyte subgroup before treatment and after 3 months of treatment and liver function damage were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group (90.00%) was higher than that of the control group (72.00%)(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (Scr) and 24 h urine protein quantification (24 h UPQ) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the level of CD8~+in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of CD4~+and CD3~+were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of liver function damage between the two groups (χ~2=0.000,P=1.000).Conclusion:Wenyang Bushen Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of CGN patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome can significantly improve renal function and T lymphocyte subgroup,improve the therapeutic effect,and will not increase the liver function damage condition.更多还原
