【摘要】 目的 调查少数民族地区糖尿病患者对“互联网+护理服务”需求现状及其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法，自行设计问卷对2021年3月至2022年3月在右江民族医学院附属医院住院的糖尿病患者进行“互联网+护理服务”问卷调查。结果 180例调查对象中有15例(8.33%)患者了解“互联网+护理服务”,72例(40.00%)患者出院后需要“互联网+护理服务”,108例(60.00%)患者希望通过医保报销支付居家护理费用。多元线性回归分析结果显示，年龄、自理能力、照护需求满足度等变量是糖尿病患者对“互联网+护理服务”需求的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 少数民族地区糖尿病患者对“互联网+护理服务”的知晓率低，需求程度处于中等水平，医院应加大“互联网+护理服务”的宣传力度，让更多患者了解该项目，做出更好的医疗选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of the demand for “internet + nursing services” among diabetic patients in ethnic minority areas. Methods Convenience sampling method was used, and self-designed questionnaire was carried out on diabetes patients who hospitalized in Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from March 2021 to March 2022 to conduct questionnaire survey on “internet + nursing services”. Results Among the 180 cases, 15(8.33%) patients knew about “internet + nursing services”, 72(40.00%) patients needed “internet + nursing services” after discharge, and 108(60.00%) patients wanted to pay for home care through medical insurance reimbursement. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that variables such as age, self-care ability and satisfaction of care needs were the main influencing factors for the demand for “internet + nursing services” among diabetic patients(P<0.05). Conclusion Diabetic patients in ethnic minority areas have a low awareness rate of “internet + nursing services”, and their demand is at a medium level. Hospitals should increase the publicity of “internet + nursing services”, so that more patients can know about the project and make better medical choices.更多还原
