【摘要】 目的 评价“互联网+”智慧护理模式对婴儿乳头错觉产妇育儿胜任力的影响。方法 将120例婴儿乳头错觉产妇随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组根据产后护理常规进行随访指导及观察；观察组则在对照组的基础上开展“互联网+”智慧护理模式护理。比较两组产妇产后7天、1个月、3个月的育儿胜任力以及产后1个月、3个月的产后抑郁发生率。结果 观察组在产后7天、1个月、3个月育儿胜任感水平得分高于对照组，且两组产妇育儿胜任感水平得分均有随观察时间的延长而提高的趋势(P<0.05),分组与时间有交互效应(P<0.05);观察组产妇在产后1个月、3个月的产后抑郁发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “互联网+”智慧护理模式是一种新型有效的延续护理模式，可提升产妇的育儿胜任力，有效降低产后抑郁发生率，促进产妇身心健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of "Internet +" wisdom nursing mode on the parenting competence of puerperas with infant nipple illusion. Methods A total of 120 puerperas with infant nipple illusion were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group were given follow-up guidance and observation according to routine postpartum care, and the observation group were given "Internet +" wisdom nursing mode on the basis of the control group. And then, the parenting competence at 7 days, 1 month, and 3 months after delivery, as well as the incidence of postpartum depression at 1 month and 3 months after delivery were compared between the two groups. Results At 7 days, 1 month and 3 months after delivery, the scores of parenting competence of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores of the two groups showed a trend of increasing with the extension of observation time(P<0.05), and there was an interaction effect between grouping and time(P<0.05). The incidence of postpartum depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1 month and 3 months after delivery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion "Internet +" wisdom nursing mode is a new and effective continuous nursing mode, which can improve the parenting competence of puerperas, effectively reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression, and promote the physical and mental health of the puerperas.更多还原
