菌物学研究的几点思考

【摘要】 随着测序技术的进步和组学发展,给传统菌物学研究带来了挑战,也为现代菌物学发展提供了机遇。分子系统学及环境DNA序列对菌物学经典分类造成了极大的冲击,基因组时代的物种概念还没有很好地建立,极早期分化真菌成为了新的研究热点,基因树与物种树的不一致为真菌进化提供了新的思路,文中针对菌物学研究中的一些热点问题进行了初步论述,供菌物学研究者关注、参考和讨论。

【Abstract】 The development of sequencing technology and omics have provided challenges and opportunities for traditional mycological researches. Mycological systematics, taxonomy and nomenclature have been disruptively impacted by molecular phylogeny and discovery of numerous environmental DNA sequences. The species concept of fungi under genomic era has not well be established. The mycobiome, diversity and function of earliest divergent fungi and regional scale of fungal geography have become new research topics. Deep analysis of the confliction between species tree and gene tree provides new approach for understanding fungal speciation and evolution. The review provides comprehensive understanding and discussion on some topics of mycological researches in the genomics era.
