反应性甲基苯基硅树脂储存稳定性的研究
Study on Storage Stability of Reactive Methylphenyl Silicone Resin
【摘要】 为了提高反应性甲基苯基硅树脂(RMPSR)自身的储存稳定性,实验以氢氧化钠为中和剂去除水解过程中加入的催化剂草酸,提高反应过程中的活化能,使活性基团硅烷氧基(SiOCH3)的进一步反应变得困难;再通过添加抑制剂乙酰丙酮抑制SiOCH3水解后的产物SiOH发生缩合以及自缩合反应,显著提高RMPSR的稳定性。通过红外分析以及对比不同状态下硅树脂的黏度与甲氧基含量来表征RMPSR的储存稳定性。结果表明,在密闭状态下,RMPSR可维持长时间的稳定性,经过NaOH和C5H8O2处理后的RMPSR稳定性可进一步增强。此外,SiOCH3的反应活性得到一定程度的保留。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the storage stability of reactive methylphenyl silicone resin(RMPSR), sodium hydroxide was used as a neutralizing agent to remove the catalyst oxalic acid in the hydrolysis process, increasing the activation energy and making no further reactions of the active group in SiOCH3 in the process. Then the condensation and self-condensation of SiOH hydrolyzed from SiOCH3 were inhibited by acetylacetone, which significantly improved the stability of RMPSR. The storage stability of RMPSR was characterized by FTIR and comparison of viscosity and methoxy content of silicone resin in different states. The results indicate that RMPSR keeps long-term stability in a closed state, and its stability can be further enhanced after treated with NaOH and C5H8O2. In addition, SiOCH3 still has the reactivity as well.
