【摘要】 概述了国内外调聚技术在氢氟烯烃(HFO)类新型替代品关键中间体——卤代烷烃开发中的研究现状,指出调聚合成卤代烷烃工艺中核心技术为调聚催化剂。因此,未来聚焦于高性能调聚催化剂的设计与制备研究,对我国突破国外冷媒巨头专利限制和技术封锁,实现HFO类新型替代品国产化和工业化具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The research status of domestic and foreign telomerization technology in the development of halogenated alkanes, the key intermediates of new substitutes HFO(hydrofluoroolefins) are summarized, and it is pointed out that the core technology in the process of telomerization to halogenated alkanes is the telomerization catalyst. Therefore, future research focusing on the design and preparation of high-performance telomerization catalysts is of great significance for China to break through the patent restriction and technological blockade of foreign refrigerant giants, and to realize the localization and industrialization of new substitutes HFO.
