【Abstract】 Objective To design a trusted medical payment security management model based on the blockchain technology, establish a medical payment mechanism platform, ensure the security of medical payment, and effectively eliminate problems such as repeated refund applications and unknown refund pathways. Methods Through the security and trusted sharing of payment and refund application data, the conditions and procedures of payment and refund application were optimized, and a traceable medical payment data link was provided. Results The authenticity,completeness, traceability, and supervision were guaranteed for the medical payment and refund information. The refund pathway was optimized, and the problems related to payment and refund were effectively solved.
