基于物联网技术的卒中救治管理信息系统建设与应用

【摘要】 目的:建设卒中救治管理信息系统,以物联网采集的客观、真实数据为抓手构建急危重症救治体系,实现卒中业务的智慧化、专业化发展,为卒中患者提供高效的急诊救治、标准化诊疗和康复随诊等全流程医疗服务。方法:利用物联网技术,对卒中中心的救治业务流程进行全流程闭环管理。结果:建设了具有自动采集患者疾病信息,自动准确记录患者入院后各项时间节点,绿色通道各科室病历信息共享,卒中相关学科之间患者信息共享和脑卒中健康管理等功能的卒中救治管理信息系统。结论:基于物联网技术的卒中救治管理信息系统规范了卒中救治流程,改善了卒中医疗服务质量,提升了卒中救治能力和水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To build an information system for stroke treatment, and to build an acute and critical treatment system based on objective and real data collected by the IoT(Internet of Things), so as to realize the intelligent and professional development of stroke treatment and to provide stroke patients with efficient emergency treatment, standardized diagnosis and treatment, rehabilitation follow-up and other whole-process medical services.Methods The IoTs technology was applied to conduct the whole-process and closed-loop management for rescuing and treatment of stroke centers. Results An information system for stroke treatment was built, which could automatically collect patients’ medical information, automatically and accurately record the time nodes after admission, share patients’ medical records among departments in the green channel, share patients’ information among stroke-related disciplines,and enable health management for patients with stroke. Conclusion The information system for stroke treatment based on the IoT technology can standardize the stroke treatment process, improve the quality of stroke medical service and improve the ability and level of stroke treatment.
