【摘要】 目的：设计手术重调度信息模块，并探讨其应用效果。方法：基于手术麻醉信息系统设计手术重调度信息模块。收集本院2021年2月—9月的手术重调度信息，2月—5月采用传统重调度方法，6月—9月采用手术重调度信息模块。比较两组在重调度正确率、耗时等方面的差异。结果：本研究共收集重调度手术548例，其中传统组283例，信息化组265例。信息化组的信息差错率、申请和流程执行耗时、延误时间均显著低于传统组（P<0.05），患者正确率、外科医生满意度则显著高于传统组（P<0.05）。结论：应用手术重调度信息模块可保障患者安全，缩短手术重调度耗时。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To design the surgical rescheduling information module, and explore its application effects.Methods The surgical rescheduling information module was designed based on the surgical anesthesia information system. The surgical rescheduling information from February to September 2021 was collected, while the traditional surgical rescheduling method was adopted from February to May, and the surgical rescheduling information module was adopted from June to September. The differences of rescheduling accuracy and time consuming between the two groups were compared. Results A total of 548 rescheduling surgical cases were collected in this study, including 283 in the traditional group and 265 in the information-based group. The information error rate, application and process execution duration, and delay time of surgical rescheduling in the information-based group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P <0.05), while the accuracy of patients’ allocation and surgeons’ satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the traditional group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of surgical rescheduling information module can ensure patients’ safety, and shorten the surgical rescheduling time.更多还原
