【Abstract】 The rapid development of the Internet era has promoted the cross-boundary integration of medical care and the Internet, and opened the era of Internet hospital based on Internet technology. Chronic disease is one of the major diseases threatening human health, and medical institutions have been exploring various management mode to improve chronic disease management modes to improve the treatment rate and management quality of chronic disease patients. Compared with the traditional chronic disease management mode, the whole-process chronic disease management in Internet hospitals has achieved good results in the management of chronic disease patients with its advantages and features of intelligence, convenience, and high efficiency. This paper expounds the concept, advantages and disadvantages of the management mode of chronic diseases at home and abroad, systematically summarizes the connotation and application of the whole-process chronic disease management in Internet hospitals, and discusses the existing problems of this model, which can provide reference for further developing the whole-process chronic disease management in Internet hospitals.更多还原
