无氟超疏水自清洁织物的制备及性能

【摘要】 采用十六烷基三乙氧基硅烷(HDTES)和纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)为原料,通过水解缩聚,合成出一种改性纳米硅溶胶(SiO2@HDTES),并将其与实验室自制的氨基硅树脂(ASi)复合,制备出一种新型有机-无机纳米杂化复合材料(ASi/SiO2@HDTES)。以ASi/SiO2@HDTES为成膜物质,采用喷涂技术在织物表面上得到无氟超疏水织物涂层。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热分析仪(TGA)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、接触角测量仪(OCA)、原子力显微镜(AFM)等对产物结构和性能进行测试和表征。结果表明:涂层表面具有微纳米级的分层结构,水接触角为152.8°,滚动角为8.4°,涂层可在室温下固化并具有良好的自清洁性能。该超疏水织物涂层具有无氟、无污染、环保等特点。

【Abstract】 A modified nano-silica sol(SiO2@HDTES) is synthesized by hydrolytic condensation using cetyltriethoxysilane(HDTES) and nano-silica(SiO2) as raw materials, and a new organic-inorganic nano-hybrid composite(ASi/SiO2@HDTES) is prepared by compounding it with a self-made aminosilicone resin(ASi) in the laboratory. With ASi/SiO2@HDTES as the film-forming substance, a fluorine-free superhydrophobic fabric coating is obtained by spraying technique. The structure and properties of the products are tested and characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), thermal analyzer(TGA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), contact angle measurement(OCA), and atomic force microscopy(AFM). The results show that the surface of the coating has a micro-and nano-level layered structure, the water contact angle of the fabric coating is 152.8°, the rolling angle is 8.4°, and the coating can be cured at room temperature and has good self-cleaning performance. The superhydrophobic fabric coating is fluorine-free, pollution-free and environmentally friendly.
