研磨料配比对GCr15轴承钢球硬度影响规律实验研究
Experimental study on the influence of grinding material ratio on the hardness of GCr15 bearing steel bal
【摘要】 为了探究离心式钢球强化研磨加工中研磨料配比对GCr15轴承钢球硬度的影响规律,得到最佳研磨料配比,通过进行不同研磨料配比的钢球强化研磨试验,并从GCr15轴承钢球的3D形貌、表面粗糙度、微织构深度、强化层厚度、马氏体含量、晶粒尺寸和位错密度等多个维度分析了强化研磨料配比对钢球硬度的影响规律。结果表明:不同的研磨料配比,钢球的硬度都与表面粗糙度、微织构深度、强化层厚度、马氏体含量和位错密度呈正相关,与晶粒尺寸呈负相关;研磨料配比太低会减少研磨均匀撞击,太高会减缓研磨冲击,都不利于钢球的强化加工;当研磨料配比为1%,钢球强化效果最好,表层硬度也最高。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the influence of grinding material ratio on the hardness of GCr15 bearing steel balls in centrifugal steel ball reinforced grinding processing, and obtain the optimal grinding material ratio, this paper conducts steel ball reinforced grinding experiments with different grinding material ratios, and analyzes the influence of reinforced grinding material ratios on steel ball hardness from multiple dimensions such as 3D morphology, surface roughness, micro texture depth, reinforced layer thickness, martensite content, grain size, and dislocation density of GCr15 bearing steel balls.The results show that the hardness of steel balls with different grinding material ratios is positively correlated with surface roughness, micro texture depth, reinforced layer thickness, martensite content, and dislocation density, while negatively correlated with grain size; If the grinding material ratio is too low, it will reduce the uniform impact of grinding, and if it is too high, it will slow down the grinding impact, which is not conducive to the reinforced processing of steel balls; When the grinding material ratio is 1%,the reinforced effect of steel ball is the best, and the surface hardness is the highest.
