【摘要】 目的 评估系统周期性睑板腺按摩+针对性护理对睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)性干眼症患者的临床效果。方法 纳入2021年1月～2022年3月的169例MGD性干眼症患者，其中98例对照组患者行常规药物治疗及护理，71例观察组患者加用系统周期性睑板腺按摩+针对性护理，评价疗效。结果 干预10周后，观察组症状评分、BUT、泪河高度、脂质层观察、上下睑板腺分析、睑板腺开口评分更低，治疗有效率更高，P<0.05,但是不良反应无差异，P>0.05,且各项症状轻微。结论 对MGD性干眼症患者实施系统周期性睑板腺按摩+针对性护理，兼具有效性、安全性，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of systematic periodic tarsal gland massage combined with targeted nursing on patients with tarsal gland dysfunction(MGD) dry eye. Methods 169 patients with MGD xerophthalmia from January 2021 to March 2022 were included. Among them, 98 patients in the control group received routine drug treatment and nursing, and 71 patients in the observation group received systematic periodic tarsal gland massage combined with targeted nursing to evaluate the efficacy. Results After 10 weeks of intervention, the symptom score, BUT, tear river height, lipid layer observation, upper and lower meibomian gland analysis, and meibomian gland opening score in the observation group were lower, and the effective rate of treatment was higher(P<0.05), but there was no difference in adverse reactions(P>0.05), and all symptoms were mild. Conclusion Systematic periodic tarsal gland massage combined with targeted nursing for patients with MGD xerophthalmia is effective, safe, and is worth promoting.更多还原
