【摘要】 目的 以思政教育的教学理念为指导，并结合翻转课堂的教学模式，提高学生临床思维能力与综合素质。方法 课前通过完成线上教学视频进行知识预习；课中通过线下案例式教学以更好掌握重点难点；课后通过布置线上作业增强师生互动，且课程内容与思政教育紧密结合。结果 融入思政元素的翻转课堂组学生的平时成绩、期中成绩和期末考试成绩优于传统课堂组的学生，有显著性差异。结论 融入思政元素的翻转教学方式能够培养学生主动学习能力，团体合作能力和临床思维能力的同时，传授给学生传统道德中“医者仁心”等观念，从而提高了学生的学习热情、求知欲和中国特色社会主义核心价值体系，提高了耳鼻喉课堂的整体质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the clinical thinking ability and comprehensive quality of students by guiding the teaching concept of ideological education and combining with the teaching mode of flipping classroom. Methods Before class, knowledge pre-learning was carried out by completing online teaching video; during class, offline case-based teaching was used to better grasp the key difficulties; after class, online homework was arranged to enhance the interaction between teachers and students, and the curriculum content was closely combined with thinking education. Results Compared with the traditional classroom group, the students in the flipped classroom group with thought and administration elements had better regular time performance, midterm performance and final examination performance, with significant differences. Conclusion The flipped teaching method combined with thinking elements can cultivate students’ active learning ability, group cooperation ability and clinical thinking ability, and at the same time, it transmits the concept of “healer benevolence” in students’ traditional morality, thus improving students’ enthusiasm for learning, desire for knowledge and socialist core value system with Chinese characteristics, improve the overall quality of the otolaryngology classroom.更多还原
