PG600对初产母猪和延迟发情经产母猪繁殖性能的影响

【摘要】 为了探究PG600对初产母猪及延迟发情经产母猪断奶后发情及繁殖性能的影响,本研究选取初产母猪和延迟发情的经产母猪,随机分为对照组和PG600试验组,统计分析各组的发情率、受胎率、分娩率和产仔性能指标。利用PG600处理初产母猪可显著提高参繁猪群的受胎率(68.97%vs 96.67%,P <0.05)和分娩率(68.97%vs 96.67%,P <0.05),并具有提高断奶发情率(79.31%vs 96.67%)的趋势(P=0.097),断奶-发情时间间隔显著缩短(P <0.05),且繁殖效率提高1.57头(P <0.01)。PG600处理能够显著提高延迟发情经产母猪的发情率(61.82%vs 92.31%,P <0.01)、参繁受胎率(58.18%vs 90.38%,P <0.01)和参繁分娩率(58.18%vs 90.38%,P <0.01),整体繁殖效率提高3.33头(P <0.01);PG600处理组的配种受胎率比对照组提高3.8%,但差异不显著(P> 0.05)。PG600处理能够提高初产母猪和延迟发情经产母猪的利用率及繁殖性能,对提高母猪批次化生产水平具有促进作用。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effects of PG600 on the estrus and the reproductive performance of primiparous sows and estrus-delayed multiparous sows, the primiparous sows and the estrus-delayed multiparous sows after weaning were selected, and randomly divided into a control group and a PG600 treatment group. The estrus rate, conception rate,delivery rate, and parturition performance were analyzed between the two groups. PG600 treatment on primiparous sows can significantly increase the conception rate(68.97% vs 96.67%, P<0.05) and the delivery rate of testing herd(68.97%vs 96.67%, P<0.05), and has a trend of increasing the estrus rate(79.31% vs 96.67%)(P=0.097) and estrus concentration after weaning, and significantly shortening the weaning to estrus interval(P<0.05),and the reproductive efficiency of primiparous sows of the PG600 treatment group increased by 1.57 heads(P<0.01). PG600 treatment significantly increased the estrus rate(61.82% vs 92.31%, P<0.01), conception rate(58.18% vs 90.38%, P<0.01), and parturition rate(58.18% vs 90.38%, P<0.01) of the estrus-delayed multiparous sows; and the reproductive efficiency was increased by 3.33piglets(P<0.01). The mating conception rate of the PG600 treatment group was increased by 3.8% compared to the control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). PG600 treatment can improve the utilization rate and reproductive performance of primiparous sows and the estrus-delayed multiparous sows, and has a promoting effect on the level of batches production of sows.
