【Abstract】 Young college students are an important source of fresh blood for the CPC,which, to a large extent, determines the background and future of our party.However, it arises the dilemma between the high importance attached by universities to the education of college student party members and the fact that the educational effect does not meet expectations.In order to solve the problem of the effectiveness of student party member education, Yichun University makes full use of the rich local red cultural resources, carries out various forms of party member education, and realizes active participation of student party members by highlighting the subjectivity of students and the unified development of their knowledge, emotion, intention and action, and emphasizing process evaluation and result application on“how to tell”,“how to learn”,and“how to produce results”.At the same time, based on the“Two Manuals”and party spirit examinations, we strive to achieve precise training, education, and management, thereby achieving the goal of guiding emotions with knowledge, expressing intentions with emotions, promoting actions with intentions, and practicing knowledge with actions, and finally improving the effectiveness of education.更多还原
