虚拟现实视觉训练对斜视性弱视患儿病情的影响分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨虚拟现实视觉训练对斜视性弱视患儿病情的影响。方法 选取2020年4月至2021年4月间桂林市人民医院和中山大学中山眼科中心收治的斜视性弱视患儿80例(92眼)作为研究对象,参照随访数表法分为对照组(n=40,45眼)和观察组(n=40, 47眼)。对照组患儿接受临床斜视性弱视常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加入虚拟现实视觉训练,持续治疗6个月后对比两组患儿的最佳矫正视力、立体视及整体疗效差异。结果 治疗后,观察组不同弱视程度患儿的最佳矫正视力分别优于对照组患儿(P<0.05);观察组不同弱视程度患儿的立体视均优于对照组患儿(P<0.05);观察组不同弱视程度患儿的治疗总有效率分别高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 斜视性弱视患儿在常规治疗基础上加入虚拟现实视觉训练,在减轻病情、优化治疗结局方面具有肯定作用。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the effect of virtual reality visual training on the condition of children with strabismus amblyopia. 【Methods】 From April 2020 to April 2021, 80 children(92 eyes) with strabismus amblyopia were treated in Guilin People’s Hospital and Zhongshan Ophthalmic center of Sun Yat-sen University. They were divided into control group(n=40, 45eyes) and observation group(n=40, 47eyes) according to follow-up table method. Children in the control group received conventional treatment for clinical strabismus amblyopia, and children in the observation group received virtual reality visual training on the basis of the control group. After 6 months of continuous treatment, the differences in best corrected visual acuity,stereoscopic vision and overall efficacy between the two groups were compared. 【Results】 After treatment, the best corrected visual acuity of children with different degrees of amblyopia in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The stereopsis of the observation group was better than that of the control group at different degrees of amblyopia(P<0.05).The total effective rate of children with different amblyopia degrees in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 On the basis of routine treatment, virtual reality visual training has a positive effect on alleviating the disease and optimizing the treatment outcome.
