基于文献计量学分析水凝胶在骨再生中的应用
Mapping landscape of hydrogels in bone regeneration based on a bibliometric analysis
【摘要】 目的 通过文献计量学方法分析水凝胶材料在骨再生领域的研究现状及应用前景。方法 在Web of Science核心数据库中检索并筛选了从建库至2021年12月31日水凝胶用于骨再生的相关文献,使用R语言的“Bibliometrix”包对文献数据进行计量学分析。结果 共纳入5 502篇文献,文献发表量及被引频次整体呈快速上升趋势;发文量及引用率最高的国家是中国和美国,发文量最高的机构是四川大学,发文量及引用率最高的作者是TABATA Y,发文最多的期刊是Biomaterials。水凝胶在骨再生中的研究热点主要集中在水凝胶组分、骨再生和水凝胶应用等方面,前沿主要集中在外泌体、3D打印、抗菌以及甲基丙烯酸化水凝胶等方面。结论 水凝胶材料在骨再生领域的学术影响力逐年增高,未来的研究方向可重点关注骨再生、外泌体、3D打印、抗菌等方面。
【Abstract】 【Objective】 To analyze the research status and trends in the landscape of hydrogels for bone regeneration based on bibliometric analysis. 【Methods】 The literature on hydrogels for bone regeneration was searched in the Web of Science core database up to December 31, 2021. The bibliometric analysis of the relevant literature data was carried out by using the "Bibliometrix" package of R language. 【Results】 A total of 5502 articles were included and the number of publications and total citations showed a rapid increase in the field of hydrogels for bone regeneration. China and the United States were the most productive and highly-cited countries. The institution with the greatest contribution was Sichuan University, the author contributed the most articles and citations was Tabata Y, while the journal published the most related papers was Biomaterials. The main hotspots were discovered to be associated with components of hydrogels, bone regeneration, and application of hydrogels, while the trend topics were mainly exosomes, three-dimensional(3D) printing, antibacterial, as well as gelatin methacryloyl. 【Conclusion】 The academic influence of hydrogel materials in the field of bone regeneration is gradually increasing, and the future research direction could focus on bone regeneration, exosomes, 3D printing, antibacterial.
