【摘要】 [目的]建立可同时测定朝药肾炎草中芹菜素-8-C-阿拉伯呋喃糖、异牡荆素、金圣草素-8-C-阿拉伯呋喃糖和异金雀花素4种黄酮碳苷成分含量的HPLC方法 .[方法]采用SunFire C₁₈ （5μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm）色谱柱，流动相为0.1%（体积分数）冰乙酸的乙腈溶液（B）-0.1%（体积分数）乙酸水溶液（A），梯度洗脱，流动速度为1.0 mL/min，检测波长为335 nm，柱温为50℃，进样量为10μL.[结果]芹菜素-8-C-阿拉伯呋喃糖、异牡荆素、金圣草素-8-C-阿拉伯呋喃糖和异金雀花素分别在0.42～28.00、0.30～20.00、0.90～20.00、0.83～25.14μg/mL的质量浓度范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好，r²>0.999 5.精密度、稳定性、重复性试验结果的RSD<2.0%;平均加样回收率在94.7%～107.9%之间，RSD<2.0%.[结论]所建立的方法简便快捷，准确有效，可为朝药肾炎草中黄酮碳苷类成分含量的测定提供参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of 4 kinds of flavonoid C-glycosides apigenin-8-C-arabinofuranose,isovitexin,chrysoeriol-8-C-arabinofuranose and isoscoparin in Korean medicine Melandrium firmum Rohrb.METHODS The chromatographic column was SunFire C₁₈（5 μm,4.6 mm × 250 mm）,the mobile phase was 0.1%（volume fraction） glacial acetic acid acetonitrile solution（B）-0.1%（volume fraction） acetic acid aqueous solution（A）with gradient elution and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 335 nm,the column temperature was 50 ℃,and the sample size was 10 μL.RESULTS Aapigenin-8-C-arabinofuranose,isovitexin,chrysoeriol-8-C-arabinofuranose and isoscoparin had a good linear relationship with the peak area within the mass concentration range of 0.42-28.00,0.30-20.00,0.90-20.00 and 0.83-25.14μg/mL,respectively,r²>0.999 5.RSDs of precision,stability and repeatability tests were all less than 2.0%.The average recoveries ranged from 94.7% to 107.9%,RSD < 2.0%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid,accurate and effective,and can provide a reference for the determination of flavonoid C-glycosides in Korean medicine Melandrium firmum Rohrb.更多还原
