【摘要】 [目的]探讨计划-实施-检查-应用（Plan-Do-Check Action Cycle, PDCA）循环法在医院静脉用药调配中心医嘱审核中的应用效果.[方法]回顾性分析2021年8月份延边大学附属医院静脉用药调配中心（PIVAS）的不合理医嘱情况，并给予PDCA循环法干预，观察干预后不合理医嘱率.[结果]实施PDCA循环模式管理后不合理医嘱率由干预前的0.053%降低至0.032%，相比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）.[结论]P DCA循环法适用于PIVAS不合理医嘱的管理，可降低不合理医嘱率，提高临床合理用药水平.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the application effects of the Plan-Do-Check Action Cycle(PDCA) cycle management method in medical order review in pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS) of a hospital. METHODS The unreasonable medical orders in PIVAS in August 2021 were analyzed retrospectively according to the PDCA cycle management method, and the unreasonable medical orders after management were evaluated. RESULTS The rate of unreasonable orders before the PDCA cycle was 0. 053%, it was significantly reduced to 0. 032%(P<0. 05)after PDCA cycle management. CONCLUSION The PDCA cycle management method is effective for reducing unreasonable medical orders in PIVAS, which can reduce the rate of irrational medical orders and improve the level of rational clinical drug use.更多还原
