抗苗勒管激素联合性激素检测在卵巢储备功能评估中的应用价值
Application Value of Anti-Mullerian Hormone Combined with Sex Hormone Detection in the Evaluation of Ovarian Reserve Function
【摘要】 目的 探讨抗苗勒管激素(AMH)联合性激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)]检测在卵巢储备功能评估中的应用价值。方法 330例行孕前检查的备孕女性根据卵巢储备功能分为卵巢储备功能正常组(209例)和卵巢储备功能下降组(121例)。比较两组的血清AMH、 FSH、 FSH/LH、 E2水平,分析AMH、 FSH、 FSH/LH、 E2对卵巢储备功能下降的评估价值。结果 卵巢储备功能下降组的血清AMH水平低于卵巢储备功能正常组,血清FSH、 FSH/LH、 E2水平均高于卵巢储备功能正常组(P <0.05)。ROC曲线显示,AMH、 FSH、 FSH/LH、 E2联合检测评估卵巢储备功能下降的AUC为0.801,高于各指标单一检测。结论 AMH、 FSH、 FSH/LH、 E2联合检测对卵巢储备功能的评估价值较高,值得临床推广应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of anti-mullerian hormone(AMH) combined with sex hormone [follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2)] detection in the evaluation of ovarian reserve function. Methods A total of 330 pre-pregnant women who underwent pre-pregnancy examination were divided into normal ovarian reserve group(209 cases) and decreased ovarian reserve group(121 cases) according to ovarian reserve function. The levels of serum AMH, FSH, FSH/LH and E2 were compared between the two groups, and the evaluation value of AMH, FSH, FSH/LH and E2 for decreased ovarian reserve function were analyzed. Results The serum AMH level in the decreased ovarian reserve group was lower than that in the normal ovarian reserve function group, and the serum FSH, FSH/LH and E2 levels were higher than those in the normal ovarian reserve function group(P <0.05). ROC curve showed that the AUC of combined detection of AMH, FSH, FSH/LH and E2 in evaluating decreased ovarian reserve function was 0.801,higher than that of single detection of each index. Conclusions The combined detection of AMH, FSH, FSH/LH and E2 has high value in the evaluation of ovarian reserve function, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
