【摘要】 目的 探讨腰硬联合阻滞加小剂量缩宫素在无痛分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法 选取于我院2020年5月至2022年5月行无痛分娩的60例产妇，随机分为两组各30例。对照组予以腰硬联合阻滞麻醉镇痛，观察组加用小剂量缩宫素。比较两组的镇痛效果、产程时间、产后恢复情况、应激反应指标和并发症情况。结果 两组的镇痛效果比较无统计学差异（P>0.05）。观察组产后2 h出血量少于对照组，初乳时间短于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组分娩后CRP、 ACTH、 COR水平低于对照组，子宫收缩乏力发生率低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 腰硬联合阻滞加小剂量缩宫素在无痛分娩中具有良好的镇痛效果，能减少产后出血量，减轻分娩应激反应，安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of combined spinal epidural block and small dose oxytocin on puerperae with painless delivery. Methods 60 puerperae with painless delivery in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia, and the observation group added small dose oxytocin. The analgesic effect, labor process time, postpartum recovery, stress response indicators and complications were compared between the two groups. Results No statistical difference was found in the analgesic effect between the two groups(P >0.05). The blood loss at 2 hours after delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the colostrum time was shorter than that in the control group(P <0.05). After delivery, the CRP, ACTH and COR levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the incidence of uterine atony was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Combined spinal epidural block and small dose oxytocin has better analgesic effect in painless delivery, which can reduce the postpartum blood loss, reduce the stress response to delivery, and is safe and reliable.更多还原
